Billing, Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective date: July 17, 2026
Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Billing, Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to paid products and services offered by SolPrompter through:

  • SolPrompter applications.
  • Authorized payment providers.
  • Supported application marketplaces.

SolPrompter may currently offer free access to some or all features. This Policy becomes applicable when you purchase a paid subscription, one-time product, usage credit or other paid feature.

1. Prices and Plans

Available plans, prices, billing periods, limits and features will be displayed before purchase.

Prices may vary based on:

  • Country or region.
  • Currency.
  • Billing period.
  • Platform.
  • Taxes.
  • Promotional eligibility.
  • Payment-provider fees.
  • App-store pricing rules.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include taxes that must be collected separately.

You are responsible for reviewing the plan details before completing payment.

2. Payment Authorization

By purchasing a paid service, you authorize SolPrompter and its payment provider to charge the displayed amount, applicable taxes and any clearly disclosed recurring fees to your selected payment method.

You represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method.
  • Your billing information is accurate.
  • You will keep payment information current.
  • The transaction is lawful.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, request another payment method, limit paid features or suspend the subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

A subscription continues for the displayed billing period, such as monthly or annually.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.

At renewal, the payment method on file may be charged:

  • The then-current subscription price.
  • Applicable taxes.
  • Any price change disclosed in advance.

You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date if you do not want the subscription to continue.

4. Lifetime and One-Time Purchases

A Lifetime plan is a single payment for continued access to the paid features of SolPrompter. It is not a subscription: it does not renew and it is not billed again.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. No online service can promise that it will exist forever. Lifetime access lasts for as long as SolPrompter remains commercially available and operated by us.

A Lifetime plan includes:

  • The paid features described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Updates, improvements and premium features released for SolPrompter while we operate the Service.
  • No recurring charge, no renewal and no exposure to later price increases.

A Lifetime plan does not include:

  • A guarantee that the Service will remain available indefinitely.
  • Separate products, brands or applications that we may release in the future.
  • Third-party services, marketplaces, hardware or processing provided by others.
  • Unlimited use of metered features whose cost depends on third-party processing; fair-use limits and usage credits may apply.
  • A right to resell, rent, share, transfer or assign the plan.

A Lifetime plan is granted to one personal account and is non-transferable, except where transfer cannot lawfully be excluded.

Features may be added, changed, replaced or removed over time. We are not obliged to develop, keep or restore any specific feature, provided the Service as a whole remains reasonably equivalent to what was described at purchase.

If we permanently discontinue SolPrompter, or discontinue the Lifetime plan, we will where reasonably possible:

  • Give advance notice by email or inside the Service, normally at least 60 days before access ends.
  • Keep export of your scripts and recordings available during the notice period.
  • Consider a credit, a partial refund or migration to a reasonably equivalent service, taking into account the price paid and how long the plan was used.

These voluntary measures may not be possible in an insolvency, a forced shutdown or another event outside our reasonable control. They do not limit any mandatory consumer right.

If SolPrompter is acquired or its assets are transferred, we will use reasonable efforts to have Lifetime entitlements honored by the new operator.

The 7-day refund guarantee described in this Policy applies to a Lifetime purchase in the same way as to any other first purchase. After that period, a Lifetime purchase is generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in this Policy.

A Lifetime plan may be terminated without refund if the account is terminated for fraud, abuse or a serious breach of the Terms of Service.

5. Free Trials and Promotional Periods

SolPrompter may offer free trials or discounted introductory periods.

The checkout page will disclose, where applicable:

  • The length of the trial.
  • Features included.
  • Usage limits.
  • The price after the trial.
  • The billing period.
  • Whether payment information is required.
  • When the first charge will occur.

If a trial converts automatically to a paid subscription, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Promotional offers may be limited to:

  • New customers.
  • One redemption per person.
  • One redemption per payment method.
  • Specific plans or countries.
  • A stated promotional period.

SolPrompter may cancel promotional access obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts or policy abuse.

6. Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel a subscription through the account billing settings where available.

You may also request cancellation by emailing: [email protected]

A clear email cancellation request will be treated as submitted at the time shown in the email, even if our team processes it later.

Include:

  • Your account email.
  • The purchased plan.
  • The transaction or invoice identifier, if available.
  • A clear request to cancel.

After cancellation:

  • Automatic renewal will stop.
  • You may retain paid access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Previously paid fees are not automatically refunded.
  • Usage credits may expire according to the terms displayed at purchase.
  • Stored content may become subject to free-plan limits.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account.

7. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, warranty or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Where the law applicable to you provides a longer period or stronger remedy than this voluntary 7-day refund guarantee, the applicable legal right will prevail.

8. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, SolPrompter offers a voluntary 7-day refund guarantee for eligible purchases made directly through SolPrompter.

You may request a refund within seven calendar days from the date of your initial purchase if:

  • The request relates to your first paid purchase;
  • The purchase was made directly through SolPrompter;
  • The request is submitted from or verified through the purchasing account;
  • You have not substantially consumed metered credits or paid resources;
  • The account has not been used for fraud, abuse or unlawful activity; and
  • You provide the information reasonably required to verify the transaction.

SolPrompter may deny a voluntary refund where there is evidence of refund abuse, repeated refund claims across multiple accounts, substantial use of paid resources, fraudulent activity or violation of the Terms of Service.

This voluntary 7-day guarantee does not limit any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, warranty or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Accidental Subscription Renewal

For a subscription renewed directly through SolPrompter, you may request review of an accidental renewal charge within three calendar days after renewal.

We will generally approve a refund when:

  • The request is made within the three-day period.
  • You have not materially used paid features after renewal.
  • The renewal was not previously refunded.
  • The account is in good standing.

If paid features were materially used after renewal, we may deny the refund or provide a partial refund where appropriate.

This voluntary rule does not replace any stronger right provided by law.

10. Technical Issues

You should report a material technical issue within seven calendar days of the relevant purchase or renewal.

Where a core paid feature is materially unavailable because of a verified SolPrompter defect, we may provide a full refund, partial refund, account credit, subscription extension or restored usage credits, depending on the circumstances.

This time limit does not restrict any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

11. Duplicate and Incorrect Charges

We will refund verified:

  • Duplicate charges.
  • Charges for the wrong amount.
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation caused by our error.
  • Other billing errors attributable to SolPrompter.

Report billing errors promptly to: [email protected]

Include a receipt, invoice or screenshot showing the charge.

12. Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a purchase was unauthorized:

  • Contact us promptly.
  • Secure your SolPrompter account and email account.
  • Contact your payment provider where appropriate.
  • Provide information needed to investigate the transaction.

We may suspend the associated account while investigating.

A refund may be issued when the transaction is reasonably verified as unauthorized and the request is not connected to account sharing, failure to protect credentials, friendly fraud or policy abuse.

Nothing in this section limits rights provided by your bank, card issuer or applicable law.

13. Generally Non-Refundable Purchases

Except where required by law or expressly stated in this Policy, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Charges requested after the applicable refund period.
  • Subscription periods that have already been substantially used.
  • Renewals not reported within the accidental-renewal period.
  • Consumed usage credits.
  • Completed pay-per-use processing.
  • Promotional, discounted or gifted credits marked non-refundable.
  • Purchases made through a third-party marketplace.
  • Currency conversion differences.
  • Bank or card fees not collected by SolPrompter.
  • Accounts terminated for serious fraud or abuse.
  • A decision to stop using the Service after substantial paid usage.
  • Incompatibility that was clearly disclosed before purchase.

This section does not override mandatory consumer rights.

14. Partial Refunds

SolPrompter does not normally provide prorated refunds merely because a subscription is canceled during a billing period.

A partial refund may be provided when:

  • Required by law.
  • A paid feature was unavailable for a material portion of the billing period.
  • SolPrompter discontinues a paid plan before the end of the period.
  • A billing correction is appropriate.
  • We determine that a partial refund is a fair resolution.

15. Usage Credits and Metered Purchases

Paid credits may be used for features that generate third-party processing or infrastructure costs.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Credits have no cash value.
  • Credits cannot be transferred.
  • Used credits cannot be restored after successful processing.
  • Credits may expire on the date disclosed at purchase.
  • Promotional credits may expire separately from purchased credits.
  • Credits obtained through fraud may be canceled.
  • Unused credits are refundable only where stated or required by law.

If processing fails because of a confirmed SolPrompter error, we may automatically restore the affected credits.

16. App Store and Marketplace Purchases

Purchases billed through Apple, Google Play or another marketplace are subject to that marketplace’s billing and refund process.

SolPrompter may be unable to directly refund a transaction when the marketplace controls the payment.

For those purchases:

  • Request cancellation through the marketplace account.
  • Submit refund requests through the marketplace’s official process.
  • Review the marketplace’s eligibility rules.
  • Contact the marketplace for payment-method issues.

Where a marketplace directs you to SolPrompter or allows developer-managed resolution, contact: [email protected]

17. European and Other Withdrawal Rights

Consumers in certain jurisdictions may have a legal cooling-off or withdrawal period for online services.

Where such rights apply, SolPrompter will honor them.

At checkout, we may ask you to:

  • Request immediate access to the paid service.
  • Consent to performance beginning during the withdrawal period.
  • Acknowledge that immediate or complete supply of certain digital content may affect the withdrawal right where permitted by law.

Any such acknowledgement will not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Where legally permitted, a consumer who withdraws after requesting that a service begin immediately may be responsible for a proportionate amount corresponding to the service already supplied.

18. How to Request a Refund

Send the request to: [email protected]

Use the subject: Refund Request — SolPrompter

Include:

  • Account email.
  • Full name used for billing.
  • Invoice or transaction identifier.
  • Purchase date.
  • Purchased plan or item.
  • Reason for the request.
  • Relevant screenshots or error details.
  • Whether the purchase was made through SolPrompter, Apple, Google Play or another provider.

Do not send:

  • Full payment card numbers.
  • Card security codes.
  • Online banking passwords.
  • Account passwords.
  • Government identification unless specifically and securely requested.

We may request additional information to verify the account and transaction.

19. Review and Decision

We aim to review refund requests fairly and consistently.

A refund may be:

  • Approved.
  • Partially approved.
  • Denied with an explanation.
  • Redirected to the relevant app store or payment provider.
  • Replaced with credit or an extension when you agree.

Complex cases may require additional time, particularly where fraud, app-store billing or payment-provider investigation is involved.

20. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

We generally cannot send a refund to:

  • A different card.
  • A different bank account.
  • Another user.
  • Cryptocurrency.
  • Cash.
  • An unrelated payment method.

After SolPrompter approves and submits a refund, the time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, marketplace and country.

Currency conversion or bank fees may cause the amount received to differ slightly from the original local-currency amount. SolPrompter is not responsible for fees or exchange rates imposed by third parties.

21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You retain the right to contact your bank or payment provider.

We encourage you to contact SolPrompter first so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

When a chargeback is opened:

  • The associated account may be temporarily restricted.
  • Relevant transaction and usage records may be provided to the payment provider.
  • Access may remain restricted until the dispute is resolved.
  • Credits associated with a reversed payment may be removed.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination.

This section does not limit legitimate rights to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges.

22. Price Changes

SolPrompter may change subscription prices.

For existing recurring subscriptions, material price changes will apply no earlier than the next permitted renewal after notice required by law or the applicable payment platform.

You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Continuing the subscription after the effective date authorizes renewal at the new disclosed price where permitted by law.

Promotional, launch or early adopter prices are limited-time offers. While a subscription bought at such a price stays active without interruption, we will keep charging that price at renewal until we notify you of a change as described in this section. If the subscription is canceled, lapses or is not renewed, the promotional price is no longer available and the then-current price applies.

23. Changes to Plans or Discontinuation

We may change features or discontinue a paid plan.

If a paid service is discontinued before the end of your prepaid period, we may:

  • Continue access until the period ends.
  • Migrate you to a reasonably equivalent plan.
  • Provide credit.
  • Provide a prorated refund.
  • Provide another remedy required by law.

24. Taxes

Prices may be subject to VAT, sales tax, withholding tax or other governmental charges.

Where required, SolPrompter or its payment provider may collect tax based on billing information or location.

You are responsible for taxes not collected at checkout where applicable.

Business customers requesting tax documentation must provide accurate legal and tax information.

25. Policy Abuse

We may reject a voluntary refund or restrict accounts involved in:

  • Repeated refund claims across multiple accounts.
  • False technical-failure claims.
  • Identity or payment fraud.
  • Unauthorized payment methods.
  • Chargeback abuse.
  • Circumvention of usage limits.
  • Purchasing, exporting substantial output and immediately seeking a refund.
  • Other conduct inconsistent with fair evaluation of the Service.

Policy-abuse restrictions do not remove mandatory rights for legitimate transactions.

26. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect:

  • New plans.
  • New payment providers.
  • App-store requirements.
  • Legal changes.
  • Changes to refund eligibility.
  • Operational improvements.

Changes will not retroactively reduce refund rights already attached to a completed purchase unless required by law.

The version displayed at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase, together with any mandatory law.
