A free SolPrompter account includes 15 Auto Scroll sessions per local calendar month; without signing in you get 3. One session is counted when Auto Scroll successfully starts for a new Play or Record session; pausing, resuming, restarting or changing the reading layout inside that session does not use another. The counter resets when a new calendar month begins. An active Pro or Max plan on your SolPrompter account makes Auto Scroll unlimited.

Yes. These are early adopter prices and they will increase as we add more premium features. While your subscription stays active without interruption, you keep the price you signed up at; a Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that is never affected by later price changes.

A single payment for the Pro features, plus every Pro update we release for SolPrompter, with no renewal. Max is subscription-only. Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser — it lasts for as long as SolPrompter is commercially operated by us. Yes. Pro Weekly, Pro Yearly, Max Weekly and Max Yearly start with a 3-day free trial, once per customer. You are not charged during the trial; when it ends, the plan renews at its regular price (for example $6.99/week for Pro Weekly) unless you cancel before then. Max Monthly and Pro Lifetime have no trial. Full terms are in the Billing and Refund Policy.

Yes. Cancel at any time in the Polar customer portal (the link is in your Polar order confirmation email), or email [email protected]. Automatic renewal stops immediately and you keep paid access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Plans bought in the iPhone app are managed by Apple: cancel them in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Yes. You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. If you run into a problem, we review your request and, when it is approved, Polar refunds your original payment method. Details are in the Billing and Refund Policy, and mandatory consumer rights in your country always apply on top of it. Purchases made in the iPhone app are refunded through Apple.

Pro Yearly costs $69.99 and Max Yearly costs $89.99 for 12 months, paid once each year. Both start with a 3-day free trial.
