Scripts, workspaces, folders, recordings, background images, teleprompter settings, your saved license key and your cookie choice. SolPrompter keeps these only in this browser and has no copy, so once deleted they can't be recovered. Export anything you want to keep first.
Your license record
If you enter your license key, we also delete the license record on our servers: your purchase email, Polar customer ID, plan, expiry, validation history, last country and stored payment notifications. Pro access ends on every device and can't be restored.
What we can't delete from here
Polar, our payment provider and merchant of record, keeps its own customer, order and tax records. To erase those, contact Polar under its privacy policy. Copies of past emails in your inbox stay with you. Feedback you sent through the feedback form is deleted on request: email [email protected].
Have a monthly or yearly subscription? Cancel it in the Polar customer portal first, otherwise the next renewal would create a new license.
Other devices and browsers have their own local data. Open this page there to delete it too.
