In this Policy, “SolPrompter,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the person or entity operating SolPrompter from Vietnam.

  • Data processed independently by payment providers, app stores or authentication providers.
  • Information processed solely by your device or browser without being transmitted to SolPrompter.

The information collected depends on the features you use.

3.1 Account information

When you create or manage an account, we may collect:

  • Profile image.
  • Account identifier.
  • Login method.
  • Authentication provider identifier.
  • Account settings.
  • Subscription status.

If you use a third-party login provider, we receive only the information that provider makes available based on your settings and permissions.

3.2 Scripts, files and recordings

When you use content features, we may process:

  • Scripts and text.
  • Uploaded TXT, DOCX, PDF, Markdown or other supported files.
  • Video recordings.
  • Audio recordings.
  • Thumbnails and previews.
  • Recording metadata.
  • File names.
  • Export settings.
  • Script and recording organization data.

Depending on the feature and technical configuration, processing may occur:

  • Locally on your device.
  • Temporarily in your browser.
  • On SolPrompter servers.
  • Through a contracted cloud or AI service provider.

The fact that a feature can operate locally does not mean every SolPrompter feature operates locally. The interface or permission notice may provide additional information for particular features.

3.3 Camera and microphone data

When you enable camera, recording or AI Voice Scroll features, the Service may access:

  • Camera video.
  • Microphone audio.
  • Device camera and microphone selections.
  • Recording resolution and frame settings.
  • Speech recognition input.
  • Timing and script-position information.

Camera and microphone access requires permission from your browser, device or operating system.

We process this data to provide the feature you request. We do not use camera or microphone access to activate recording when you have not initiated or authorized the relevant feature.

SolPrompter is not designed to identify users through biometric recognition.

3.4 Device and technical information

We may automatically collect:

  • IP address.
  • Browser type and version.
  • Operating system.
  • Device type.
  • Language.
  • Time zone.
  • Screen size.
  • Referring URL.
  • Requested pages.
  • Error logs.
  • Crash information.

3.5 Usage information

We may collect information about how the Service is used, including:

  • Features opened.
  • Buttons and controls used.

  • Teleprompter modes selected.

  • Subscription and usage limits.

Where practical, analytics information may be aggregated or pseudonymized.

3.6 Payment and billing information

When paid services are available, we may collect:

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

SolPrompter generally does not receive or store full payment card numbers, card security codes or banking credentials when those details are entered directly into a payment provider’s secure interface.

  • Support history.
  • Technical diagnostic information you provide.

Contract. Processing necessary to provide the Service you request, including account access, script storage, recording, subscriptions and support.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before withdrawal.

The platform may independently process payment, account, subscription and refund information.

6.5 With your direction

  • Invite another user.

7. Sale and Targeted Advertising

SolPrompter does not currently display third-party advertising within the core Service.

We do not intend to sell personal data for money.

Some privacy laws may define “sale,” “sharing” or “targeted advertising” broadly. If SolPrompter introduces a practice that falls within those definitions, we will provide any notice, consent mechanism or opt-out required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

We may retain anonymized or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.

9. Account and Content Deletion

You may delete individual scripts or recordings through available controls.

Deletion may not immediately remove information from:

  • Encrypted backups.
  • Fraud-prevention records.

When retention is legally required, we will restrict further use to the required purpose.

SolPrompter operates from Vietnam and may use service providers located in other countries.

As a result, personal data may be processed in countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, which may include:

Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not implemented consistently across the internet.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, and where SolPrompter is technically able to detect it, we will treat the signal in accordance with applicable requirements.

SolPrompter does not control those sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices.
