How to Set Up a Teleprompter Without Special Hardware

Laptop webcam setup
A laptop is the simplest starting point.
- Place the laptop at eye level.
- Open the teleprompter.
- Move the active reading area toward the top center.
- Narrow the text so the eyes do not scan across the screen.
- Increase the font until you can sit normally.
